Customer involvement

Have your say in housing services

We want to hear from you. If you are a tenant, future tenant, or use our housing services, you can get involved and help shape how we deliver them. Your views matter because you know what works in your home and neighbourhood. By sharing your ideas and feedback, you help us improve services and get things right first time.

You can choose how much or how little you want to be involved. There are options to suit different interests, time commitments, and ways of taking part.

Ways you can get involved

You might want to:

  • share your views by phone or email
  • take part in surveys or consultations
  • join a tenants and residents association in your area
  • represent your block, street, or local area
  • attend meetings, training sessions, or events

You can get involved on your own or as part of a group. There is no minimum commitment, and you can step back at any time.

Interested Individual Register

If you are a South Lanarkshire Council tenant and want to have more of a say, you can join our Interested Individual Register. This is a simple way to stay informed and be offered opportunities to get involved.

Once you sign up:

  • a member of our housing team will contact you for an informal chat
  • we will ask how you would like to take part
  • we will add you to our mailing list for updates and invitations

How to sign up or find out more

To join the Interested Individual Register or to talk through your options, complete the sign‑up form or contact your local area housing office. We are happy to answer questions and help you find the right way to get involved.
