Employee Self Service

Oracle Fusion employee self service (ESS) lets you submit daily requests to your manager for approval. With ESS, you can:

  • submit annual leave, special leave, flexible working, maternity, adoption, paternity, and career break requests
  • submit expenses, overtime, keeping in touch days, and standby/call out claims.
  • update your personal details
  • view your employment information
  • view, download or print your payslip or P60.
  • view your absence history, sick pay entitlement and any letters and contracts relating to your employment.
  • enrol in training courses and view your training records
  • apply for internal vacancies within the organisation.
  • submit your resignation.
  • raise HR Helpdesk service requests and access Oracle Intelligence Advisor to check the impact of changes like enhanced leave or maternity/adoption leave on your pay.
