Oracle Fusion

Oracle Fusion is a new system being introduced which will mean changes for everyone at South Lanarkshire Council, no matter what your job is or where you work.

It means the systems we currently use for HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement processes are changing. 

The system Finance and P2P parts will go live in from April 2024.

P2P including Contract awards, ordering and receipting and payment of invoices will also go live in April

Finance

Changes will be specifically for current users of the finance system (FMS) and requirements have been communicated directly to them.

HR changes

The new system will see a move to self-service for HR and this will impact all employees.

The HR part of the system will go live in summer 2024.
