If someone in your household is over 18 but someone still receives Child Benefit for them you may be able to reduce your Council Tax bill by 25% or 50%.
You will be asked to provide evidence as part of your application. This can be a copy of your child benefit award letter or a bank statement showing the payments going into your account.
