Customer involvement strategy 2024-2029

Ensuring that customers are informed about important developments and have the opportunity to share their views to help improve housing services is central to the Customer Involvement Strategy 2024-2029. 

The strategy, which reflects the principles of both the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 and the national standards for community engagement, has been co-produced with the Tenant Participation Co-ordination Group (TPCG) and supported by the South Lanarkshire Tenant Development Support Project (SLTDSP).

The strategy sets out the council’s priorities for the next five years.
