Customer involvement
We want to hear from you!
We’re reviewing how we engage with our tenants and wider customers, and this is your chance to get involved and make a real difference. Whether you’ve never taken part before or are already an active voice in your community, your views matter.
Working closely with tenant representatives, we are carrying out a full review of how our customers can influence housing services at central, divisional, and local levels. As part of this, a consultation is now open — and we’d love to know what’s working well, what could be better, and how you would like to be involved in the future.
Why get involved?
Customer involvement truly matters. When tenants and residents have their say:
- You influence key decisions that affect your home and neighbourhood
- Communication and trust grow stronger between tenants and the council
- Everyone stays better informed about changes and opportunities
- A stronger, more connected community is built together
Even small contributions can lead to big changes — your voice can help shape the services that matter most to you and your neighbours.
Have your say
Please complete our short survey. The consultation is open until 31 July 2025.
