Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2025
Have your say!
South Lanarkshire Council Housing Services is committed to listening to our tenants and using their views to continually improve the services we provide.
To help us achieve this we regularly carry out tenant satisfaction surveys.
Our contractor, Research Resource Scotland, is contacting a random sample of 1,600 tenants either face to face doorstep visits or over the telephone between October and November 2025, to carry out the survey.
The survey asks for views on the services we provide, how we communicate, priorities on how we spend your rent money and how happy tenants are with their home and neighbourhood.
This will allow us to develop Housing Services in line with what tenants, want and to meet the requirements of The Scottish Social Housing Charter, which requires all social housing providers to collect and report on several satisfaction measures as part of our annual return on the Charter (ARC).
The survey will be entirely confidential, and none of the information provided will be shared with anyone else.
Once the process has been completed, we will then use the results to improve how we currently work and to shape the way we will deliver services in future.
